1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using the invo.lk application and services, you are deemed to be entering into a legally binding agreement with invo.lk subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Account Security & Responsibility

The member must accept that it is his/her sole responsibility to maintain the security of their account credentials. You must use a secure password and ensure that changes to your business profile are authorized. invo.lk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.

3. Ownership of Data

While you retain ownership of the business data you input, the software, UI design, and intellectual property of the invo.lk platform belong exclusively to us. No one is allowed to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of this service without explicit permission.

4. Confidentiality & Legal Compliance

We are under no obligation to disclose any business information provided by a member to third parties. However, we are obliged to comply with requests if it is required by the prevailing laws of Sri Lanka or by a court order.

5. Service Suspension & Deletion

The institution reserves the power to suspend or terminate your account due to a breach of these conditions or any illegal activity detected. Users can request to deactivate their account and delete all stored data by contacting our support team.

6. Modification of Terms

invo.lk reserves the right to change or add new terms to this agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law & Arbitration

This agreement is deemed to have been enacted in Colombo, Sri Lanka. You agree that all disputes regarding the invo.lk service will be heard by an arbitrator under the Disputes Settlement Act No. 11 of 1995 in Colombo.
